Day 1 : Johannesburg/Antananarivo

You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Antananarivo
Accommodation in Bed & Breakfast at “Tana Hotel ***”

Day 2 : Antananarivo/Diego Suarez City tour

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Diego Suarez, where you will be collected at the airport. After a briefing in the hotel, we will take you to make a city tour to go to meet a crossed civilization, to visit the market and its slack, the colonial buildings and discover the Malagasy crafts.

Day 3 : Diego Suarez/Ankarana East Park

Early in the morning, we will leave Diego Suarez in the direction of the Ankarana East National park. A nature reserve dominated by attractive limestone karst formations called locally “Tsingy”, where you will get a chance to admire the rich and varied vegetation and the abundant wildlife such as lemurs, lizards, birds. After Lunch in a typical Malagasy restaurant, we will drive back to Diego Suarez.

Day 3 : Diego Suarez - The Montagne d’Ambre National Park

First Park created in Madagascar in October 1958 The Montagne d‟Ambre National park which peaks in 1475m offers a tropical type climate and shelters a fauna and flora which are typical rainforests of Madagascar.
Several animal species can surprise you; we can quote the crowned lemur, the foliages Brookesia tuberculé, so small that he can hold in a thimble, red Microcèbe, the smallest primate of the world, the carnivorous Fosa mammal, the boas …
The Montagne d‟Ambre National park also constitutes a major site of botanical interest.
After lunch, we will drive back to Diego Suarez.

Day 4: Diego Suarez/Tsingy Rouges

Leaving Diego in the morning towards the South, after 2 hours drive we will reach the massif of the “Tsingy Rouges”.
The Tsingy rouges is the result of the erosion by the rainwater of a thick coat of laterite. Composed of sandstone, lime and marl, it offers their beautiful ephemeral draperies inside the only sedimentary basin of Madagascar. After Lunch back to Diego Suarez.

Day 5 : Excursion to Ramena beach and The Three Bays

Either by Quad or by 4x4WD car (Specify choice while making reservation)

t is about a succession of 3 bays on the coast situated along the Indian Ocean. They are lined with a long beautiful white sand beach allowing a delicious bathing.
Regularly blowed the bay of Sakalava is the hangout of the windsurfers who evolve on magnificent waves.
The bay of Dunes and the Bay of the pigeons are accessible from the bay of Sakalava or the mined cape.
Lunch in “Ramena restaurant”, a traditional village of fishermen bordered with white sand beach and coconuts trees.
On the way back to Diego Suarez, we will go round the Bay of Diego which is meant to be one of most beautiful bays in the world after Rio de Janeiro, where a majestic sugar loaf with its conical karstic structure is towering up above the sea.

Day 6 : Diego Suarez/Antananarivo

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Antananarivo, where a transfer will take you to your hotel in Antananarivo.
